Key recruitment KPI for new agent and POS
Key person for respective regional sales performance in terms of revenue and tickets
Maximize business relationship and sales opportunities within the region
Monitor, maintain and report respective area KPI
Actively travel within designated territory to conduct regular assessments and manage POSM plus sales tools kit for agents / POS.
Uphold high levels of customer service, product knowledge and agency pitch plus compliance.
Biz Development for partnership with agent and other community such as temple wedding, etc.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers or business partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market feedback.
Plan and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional activities.
Conduct regular visits to clients, retailers, or distributors to ensure engagement and support.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and supply chain to ensure smooth sales operations.
Provide timely reports and updates on area performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and mark.
Market Research and Analysis :
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify potential new markets and target segments.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Reporting and Communication :
Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasting sales performance and identifying trends.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate effectively with superiors, providing updates on progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail outlet, proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
Skills :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint.
