Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for customer data review and account opening.
- Verify documents submitted by client within specific regions.
- Handle customer requests and solve issue by email / live chat.
- Collected and reported departmental data.
- Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters.
- Process withdrawal.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.Required language : English, Mandarin (added advantage)Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.Willing to work on rotating shifts (Including weekends if required).Benefits and Perks :
