Early Childhood Educator

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an Early Childhood Educator, based at Kipinä Kids Malaysia, Eco Majestic, Semenyih, Selangor.

The educator will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging daily learning activities, managing a nurturing classroom environment, and supporting children’s developmental milestones.

The role also includes collaboration with colleagues, active communication with parents, and ensuring the well‑being, safety, and happiness of every child under your care.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Development with proven classroom experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity in designing and delivering age‑appropriate lessons and activities.
• Strong organizational skills for managing classroom routines and documentation.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
