Job descriptionOversee marketing spending, variance analysis Monitor and report on key financial KPI such as manpower cost including OT Partner with plant manager and operations teams to optimize financial performance Evaluate make vs buy decisions, outsourcing and process improvement Ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis Prepare monthly / quarterly financial reports for manufacturing units (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations and internal controls Monitor inventory levels, accounts payable / receivable, and production-related cashflow Optimize working capital by reducing excess inventory and improve payment terms Collaborate with procurement, SCM and R&D to align financial and operational goals Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting. 5+ years in commercial finance, with 3 years in leadership. Expertise in cost accounting (activity-based costing), strong understanding of lean manufacturing principals. Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities. Preferred from automotive industry. Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance and Accounting / Auditing Retail Motor Vehicles
