We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful management reports for Great Eastern Group of Companies. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities
To maintain and update fixed asset register of the entity.
To keep track of the monthly expenses against the approved budget.
To maintain the lease register and ensure accurate updates for new, renewed or expired leases.
To compile and verify all the necessary documents for intercompany transactions
To manage monthly closing for property management business.
To prepare and file tax returns, including corporate, withholding and indirect tax returns within the statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior as and when required.
