About the role

You will build, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions that power SEEK's market-leading employment marketplaces across Asia Pacific. Working within cross-functional squads, you will contribute to platform engineering excellence while strengthening software engineering best practices. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable cloud-based solutions that serve millions of job seekers and hirers. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality software while fostering team growth and driving continuous improvement across SEEK's technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain software solutions from development through production deployment
• Develop tools for provisioning, automation, and platform health improvement
• Enhance platform reliability, resilience, and efficiency through engineering best practices
• Foster team collaboration and contribute to professional development initiatives
• Apply modern CI / CD practices and advocate for secure coding standards
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure platform solutions meet diverse customer needs
• Strengthen current software engineering practices to ensure fitness for purpose
