Job Title : Software Engineer / Java Developer

Department : Yonyou BIP Globalization R&D Business Unit

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities

Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews to promote best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects to the highest standard.
Participate in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, highly available distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Continuously explore and integrate new technologies, optimize existing systems, and solve challenging technical problems.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.

Experience : At least 3 years of Java development experience.

Skills : Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and common design patterns.

Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and understand their operating principles.

Proficient in at least one mainstream RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle), skilled in SQL, with SQL tuning experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills, clear thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to independently analyze and solve problems.

Excellent sense of responsibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, and initiative to integrate into the team.

Proficient in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferred

Experience in the development and design of ERP software.
