Strong presentation skills with passion for developing others. An open mind to keep learning and developing skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement assigned training modules.
- Provide training support for sales channels and program for the sales agent.
- Develop or enhance and manage training support for agents.
- Effectively communicate to ensure training support & activity is conducted appropriately.
- Execute Training Needs Analysis according to company’s Best Practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills with other trainers.
- Fulfill the role of trainer leader.
