Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Additional language is a plus).
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, email, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally.
  • Process transactions such as registrations, payments, refunds, or bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and update system accordingly.
