Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Additional language is a plus).
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, email, Microsoft Office).
Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide prompt, courteous service.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally.Process transactions such as registrations, payments, refunds, or bookings.Maintain accurate records of transactions and update system accordingly.Benefits
