Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives and programs through data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and implementation of high-impact solutions for our operating entities.
Develop effective client relationships while working alongside senior team members to deliver successful oues.
Build expertise in key strategic areas through project work and knowledge development.
Contribute to business development through research and proposal support.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree.

1 to 2 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with prior Tier 1 / Tier 2 management consulting or advisory experience. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory or IT delivery is a plus.

Financial services / insurance knowledge is a plus.

Fluent in spoken and written English. A second language would be an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills - able to work effectively in teams andmunicate with stakeholders.

Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including methodological thinking and presentation skills.

Passionate and self-driven with a desire to learn and innovate.

International mindset or ability to work in diverse cultural environments.
