Supply Chain Leader

Job Description

• Assist the Planning Manager in daily operations and management of the Supply Chain Department, with strong emphasis on production planning and scheduling.
• Support the Planning Manager in executing departmental objectives and work plans, while monitoring the implementation progress.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all supply chain functions; readily cover duties for absent / vacant positions in customer service, planning, buyer, or shipper.
• Lead production scheduling to ensure on-time completion of plans, resolve bottlenecks, and align materials with production demand.
• Assist buyers with MRP runs, issue POs, follow up on supplier delivery, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support customer service in order review and communicate accurate delivery timelines.
• Coordinate shipment execution, customs clearance, invoicing, and logistics arrangements.
• Monitor compliance with departmental workflows, systems, and policies; support audits and maintain quality / environmental documentation.
• Drive cost control initiatives, optimize inventory levels, and manage slow-moving or obsolete materials.
• Consolidate KPI data, analyze root causes, and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate with internal / external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements.
