Role and responsibilities

The role of a DevOps Engineer is a combination of project delivery and support. DevOps Engineers are an important part of an agile team; they need to understand and implement requirements by the business. As part of a DevOps Team, they solve incidents based on tickets, ensure proper monitoring of the system, and implement CRs after the Go Live of a product. They also contribute improvement ideas in discussions to increase quality and develop the product further.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will have working knowledge of Python, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI models and related use cases. You should have very good knowledge of Software Development Methodologies and DevSecOps processes and tools, and Java & Node.js programming language will also be integral to this role. You are a GenAI aficionado with a good understanding of DevSecOps Tools (e.g., Git) and project management Tools (Jira, Cofluence). You should have strong analytical and soft skills and be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload under time pressure. In a multinational environment, expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe; strong spoken and written English is useful.

Requirements and qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python, prompt engineering, Generative AI models and related use cases
• Very good knowledge of Software Development Methodologies
• Understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes
• Experience with Java and Node.js
• GenAI focus with understanding of DevSecOps Tools (e.g., Git) and project management tools (Jira, Cofluence)
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle time and workload pressure
• Experience collaborating across multinational teams; strong English communication skills
