Nearby Ampang Park MRT2 / LRT station (within 5 minute walking distance)
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to sales enquiry or request in a timely manner
- Develop relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails / calls
- Design and implement customer renewals / retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
- Experience in Salesforce or any Customer Relation Management System
- Track leads and associated revenue, maintain and update sales database
- Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
- Be involved in developing and analyzing data to improve sales strategy and process
- Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
