The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company. This role requires creativity, analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and products to drive product and brand awareness across all distribution channels and front-end platform (SAT) while ensuring alignment with company guidelines, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Create engaging content for videos, flyers, brochures, social media and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand / company / regulatory guidelines and messaging.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Monitor and report on website analytics and digital campaign performance.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistency in product and branding across all marketing & distribution channels.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as exhibitions and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for events.
• Optimize user experience by identifying pain points and proposing solutions.
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary and as required by HOD.
