- Update payment details for annual renewal.
- Record meeting minutes for each division.
- Assist with staff recruitment as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations, update the accounting system, and ensure data accuracy.Prepare weekly payment vouchers and manage bank submissions.Prepare comprehensive accounts in compliance with standards, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant parties.Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor payment deadlines.Prepare salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and EA forms; follow up on CP204 with the tax agent; submit e-forms as required.Draft staff offer letters and general correspondence.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting or related field, with at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.Proficient with AutoCount accounting system.Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proficient in English.Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, good planning skills, and a quick learner.Skills
