Job Overview

Ensure that any master data entered into the PLM and ERP systems by the job holder or other teams is complete and accurate.

Manage update or review requests within the SLA of the function.

Maintain data consistency across applications and report or resolve issues as appropriate.

Place purchase orders as requested by the Purchase team to ensure a steady flow of shoes to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and consistent article data within our PLM and ERP applications according to SLA.
• Manage data changes correctly, reject incorrect changes, and ensure consistency across applications.
• Advise Business Units and data consumers on the implications of data maintenance and the time required for accurate data requests.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and colleagues across all applications.
• Maintain training materials, especially when master data or processes change.
• Support the wider Operations function, particularly Purchasing, in placing purchase orders with third-party suppliers.
