About the role - you will :

  • Handle employees’ queries via email, chats, or phone calls from Thai speaking internal employees (who are based in Asia region) as a HR Shared Services representative
  • Manage employee personnel files and data management
  • Be responsible for regional HR Shared Services activities and transactional processingBe assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes
  • The role is based in Penang and will require on-site work during the initial phase, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid work arrangement

About you :

  • Effective problem-solving skills capabilities, as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight deadlines
  • Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them
  • Able to prioritize work with proactivity and self-initiativeEffective communication skills, as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence employees and stakeholders through written and oral communications
  • Focus on the customer experience and feel motivated when you successfully create a high-touch experience for your customerGood verbal and writtenEnglish, Malay, and Thai language

    • Your experience includes :

  • Handling daily administrative and transactional processingManaging employees'queries orcustomer serviceProject management
  • HR Shared Services activities and processing (added advantage)
  • Fresh Certificate / Diploma holder or with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh Degree holder can be considered
