Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently and served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, storage, and equipment.
- Wash, clean, and sanitize utensils, tools, and cooking areas in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle food, ingredients, and equipment safely according to F&B regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors / chefs to support daily kitchen needs.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.
- Practice safe handling of equipment, chemicals, and sharp objects.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in kitchen or F&B operations preferred 1 year.Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and demanding environment.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Up to RM2,000.00 per month
