Job descriptionDiploma / Degree or above. Proficient in English (B2 CEFR or higher) and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. At least 1 year of team management experience in a BPO / Contact Centre, preferably in e-commerce / marketplace. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for user experience. Good organizational, coordination, and team motivation abilities; able to work under pressure. Willing to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Allowance Provided EPF / SOCSO Annual Leave / Sick Leave 5 working days Associate Full-time Industries : Human Resources Services
