Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Prai, Penang . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to clients.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals in accordance with company policies.
Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .

Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data effectively.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities .

Technical knowledge of chemical products will be advantageous.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite .

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry is an added advantage / Post Graduate Diploma, Others or equivalent
