About the Role
Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a new challenge with a growing company? Raco Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented individual to join our team in our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents and correspondence, and providing general office support
- Handling incoming communications, both written and verbal, and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of company events and travel arrangements
- Maintaining filing systems and records, both electronic and physical
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative experience, ideally 1+ years in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisationProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and OutlookMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectivelyA proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of office management best practicesWhat We Offer
