Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok) and manage "where to buy" listings on brand websites.
• Monitor that product listings, inventory, and content are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
• Plan and execute regional online campaigns, such as mega online sales days and product launches.
• Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches in alignment with regional marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS) to produce performance dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities through data‑driven analysis and competitor benchmarking, recommending strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with regional and country teams to optimize brand and product visibility on e‑commerce platforms.
• Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance, address operational issues, and ensure strategy alignment.
