We are a creative production agency working with leading brands across various markets in the region. We bring ideas to life through high-impact visual storytelling across digital, retail, shopper, and experiential touchpoints. We are currently looking for a Retail Designer with strong skills in POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) and 3D design to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Retail Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling, on-brand retail design solutions. Your focus will be on POSM development (from concept to final artwork) and 3D design visualization for in-store activations, displays, and shopper marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the creative and account teams to bring retail environments to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop POSM materials including wobblers, shelf talkers, display units, FSU, standees, bunting, etc.
• Produce 3D mockups and renders of retail units, displays, and in-store layouts for client presentations and production.
• Translate marketing briefs and shopper insights into effective and engaging retail design concepts.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and account servicing teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Adapt regional toolkits or master artwork into localized retail formats for different markets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovation in shopper marketing and retail design.
