Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Shared Services plays a strategic and operational role in supporting the delivery of HR services across the organization. This position partners closely with leadership and cross-functional HR teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, enhance service delivery, and drive consistent employee experience through shared services.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering : Understand business needs and deliver HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- HR Service Delivery : Collaborate with HR teams (payroll, benefits, recruitment, etc.) to ensure consistent, efficient, and high quality service delivery across all employee touchpoints.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Change Management : Support transformation initiatives, restructures, and process improvements within the Shared Services function by providing change management guidance and HR support.
- Talent Management : Work with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to address workforce needs, succession planning, and employee development within the HR team.
- Data & Insights : Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends, propose improvements, and drive informed decision-making across functions.
- Culture & Engagement : Champion company values and culture; collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and communication.
Work Experience & Knowledge Requirements
5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and HRMS systems.Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Education Requirements
