Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Shared Services plays a strategic and operational role in supporting the delivery of HR services across the organization. This position partners closely with leadership and cross-functional HR teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, enhance service delivery, and drive consistent employee experience through shared services.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering : Understand business needs and deliver HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • HR Service Delivery : Collaborate with HR teams (payroll, benefits, recruitment, etc.) to ensure consistent, efficient, and high quality service delivery across all employee touchpoints.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance : Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Change Management : Support transformation initiatives, restructures, and process improvements within the Shared Services function by providing change management guidance and HR support.
  • Talent Management : Work with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to address workforce needs, succession planning, and employee development within the HR team.
  • Data & Insights : Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends, propose improvements, and drive informed decision-making across functions.
  • Culture & Engagement : Champion company values and culture; collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and communication.

Work Experience & Knowledge Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
