The Solar System Division / Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on project management to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality implementation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Oversee feasibility studies, site assessments, and system design
Coordinate procurement, installation, and commissioning of solar systems

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project flow

Manage internal and external communications to align expectations

Budget & Compliance

Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial targets

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Process Optimization

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction

Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies
