Supply Chain - Procurement, Executive

Job Description

• To manage rolling forecast and perform demand planning with reference to historical and projected sales data.
• Collaborate with business and principal through S&OP to gather insights and inputs that impacted demand forecast.
• To execute day to day purchasing processes included reviewing purchase request, issue purchase order, oversee the order fulfillment cycle and keep track of open purchase order to ensure timely delivery.
• To liaise and work with the forwarder / courier service providers and monitor the incoming shipments diligently.
• Manage and optimize inventory level efficiently to minimize inward logistic costs and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
• To perform vendor performance assessment annually to ensure continuously engagement and improvement of product quality and service level.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the procurement processes.
• To ensure continual compliance to ISO & GDPMD requirement.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Knowledge in demand forecasting.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 13485 and GDPMD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & SAP B1.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Analytical & innovative.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
