About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Visual Merchandising Manager
to lead strategy and execution across multiple brands in the
travel retail segment . This role is responsible for driving innovative seasonal and festival concepts, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives and brand guidelines, and creating displays that engage diverse customer demographics for all Duty Free Stores.
The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of visual merchandising plans — from concept design and production to in-store implementation — while maintaining operational excellence within budget and deadlines. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering creativity and accountability in visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibility Areas
Developing and executing cohesive visual merchandising strategies tailored for travel retail.
Partnering with brand, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impactful store openings, renovations, and brand launches.
Monitoring performance metrics (conversion, ATV, footfall) and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Managing vendors and contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality visual solutions.

Key Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Visual Communications, Merchandising, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, with at least 5 years in travel retail
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative abilities
Proficient in digital tools and design applications
Self-driven, inspiring, and pleasant personality
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
