Job descriptionDevelop and implement facilities management policies in line with BPM business operating model. Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost‑effective solutions. Report KPIs to management and maintain an assets log with tagging and storage. Train new hires on office facilities and coordinate ad‑hoc requests such as visitor registration and meeting room booking. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ensure compliance with Malaysian local standard quality audits and certifications. Conduct regular inspections to meet health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain access log reports. Perform risk assessments, safety inspections, and develop training programs. Coordinate emergency response drills and investigate incidents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping. Strong leadership and staff coordination. Analytical thinking to identify improvements. Adaptability to changing regulations and standards. Knowledge of Malaysian local quality audits and certifications.

Infrastructure
- Manage daily operations of facilities to maintain a safe, clean, and PWD‑friendly environment.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations; prevent business disruption.
- Oversee electrical system maintenance, including lighting, power distribution, and backup generators.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Plan and manage space allocation to optimize resource usage.
- Respond to emergencies and implement solutions to minimize operational impact.
