Primary Responsibilities :
- Fixed Asset Management : Oversee the complete fixed asset lifecycle, including accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strategic Financial Analysis : Track and analyse company capital expenditures against forecasts and budgets.
- Enhance Operational Integrity : Coordinate and conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Prepare and manage all fixed asset-related schedules for audits and tax purposes. Collaborate with auditors to fulfill their requests and ensure SOX compliance by assisting with the review and establishment of control procedures.
- Drive Process Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements to the SAP system to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Support Special Projects : Take a lead role in the capitalization of new site expansion projects, ensuring full compliance with statutory and group policies.
- Contribute to Broader Financial Functions : Compile statistics for various government surveys and reporting.
- Attend to ad hoc request as and when arises.

Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.Additional Desirable Qualifications :
