Job description

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee records. -Foster a healthy, transparent, and productive working environment. -Serve as a trusted liaison between management and employees, handling issues with professionalism and confidentiality. -Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and team welfare initiatives. -Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). -Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. -Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures. -Support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies. -Coordinate training, upskilling, and employee development programs. -Manage HR documentation for audits, payroll, insurance, and internal systems.   [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-hiredly-x-job-hr-manager-7]

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -At least 4 years of relevant HR experience; experience in startups or creative industries is a bonus. -Strong understanding of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance practices. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. -Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple HR functions independently. -Versatile and adaptable in a dynamic, growing company environment. -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. -HR certification (CHRM, SHRM, MIHRM) is advantageous but not required.
