Senior Technical Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT solution delivery and post-deployment support. This individual will lead project execution, project support, manage internal teams, and serve as one of the key contacts for customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing enterprise-grade projects and coordinating technical teams in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the delivery and support of enterprise IT solutions to large-scale clients.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
• Serve as the main interface between clients and technical delivery teams.
• Coordinate support operations to ensure system availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead solution design, project planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Support client engagement, including meetings, escalations, and solution discussions.
• Continuously improve delivery and support processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve high productivity and resourcefulness.

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Programming and reporting tools.
