OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal
• Oversee warehouse operations (cold storage, warehouse) : inbound, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch
• Monitor KPIs : throughput, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost per unit, scrap rate, returns
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams across production, warehouse, and logistics
• Implement process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and boost efficiency
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance (ISO, GMP, HSCCP, safety, environmental)
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, sales, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed
