Location : Selangor (Hybrid)
Type : Full-time, 12-month Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
Salary : Up to RM10,000

Your new company This global Shared Services Centre is part of a world-leading multinational group, known forinnovation, strong team culture, and a flexible working environment. They are currently expandingtheir Finance function and looking for a detail-oriented to join their team. Your new role As the Finance Specialist, you will play a key technical role in finance operations, focusing onreconciliation and vendor management. Your responsibilities include :

Posting POs and handling GR / IR reconciliation in SAP

Performing vendor reconciliations and addressing supplier queries

Supporting monthly journal entries and month-end closing activities

Assisting with supplier invoice reconciliations and intercompany recharges

Engaging with key stakeholders including HR and HRBPs

Learning and navigating internal finance systems

What you'll need to succeed Solid SAP experience – must-have Intermediate Excel proficiency Strong reconciliation and technical finance knowledge Effective communication skills and stakeholder management Exposure to MNC environments preferred Nice to have

Prior experience working in global shared services or regional finance hub

Cultural adaptability and professionalism in cross-border communication
