Assistant Vice President, Debt Capital Markets

To advise client on fundraising strategy, deal structuring and execution of Bond / Sukuk transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential deals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Execute deals through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships to identify repeat business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals for fundraising strategies and corporate exercises.
• Conduct financial modeling and assessments to support proposal viability.
• Structure financing proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
• Manage client relationships throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Cross-sell investment banking products to enhance value proposition.
• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including regulatory submissions and due diligence.
• Oversee documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with external parties such as legal advisors, reporting accountants, and regulators.
• Assist in bond / sukuk distribution in collaboration with Treasury, Corporate Banking, and / or KIB.
