Brand & PR Associate (Malaysia)

As we expand our presence across global markets outside the US and Canada, we are looking for a Brand & PR Associate to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage the serious dating community, and drive growth for the company.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Brand & PR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in PR, social media, and integrated communications , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for consumer and lifestyle brands. You will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving local relevance, and strengthening media and influencer relations across Thailand and the broader Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners across consumer and lifestyle sectors.
• Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and storytelling content in both English .
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese a bonus, as you may be required to support brand activities in markets such as Hong Kong and Taiwan, in addition to Singapore and Malaysia.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations and events ; independently manage smaller-scale events end-to-end.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize brand campaigns and ensure consistency across channels.
• Monitor media coverage, track PR and social performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage day-to-day PR agency and vendor coordination where needed.
