Key Accountability
Qualification Possess a degree in any discipline with experience in Customer Engagement, IT or Analyst. Minimum SPM qualifications but with minimum 4 years experience in airlines, airport, or customer services industry.
Working Experience Minimum 5 years in airport operations related to Airlines Ground Handling, Airport or Airlines Operations and Customer Service and Engagement.
