Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed baseline construction schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather relevant data for accurate planning.
• Analyze project scope, milestones, and deliverables to create realistic and achievable timelines.
• Monitor project progress and compare it with the baseline; identify delays or risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead schedule review meetings and ensure alignment across departments and subcontractors.
• Integrate procurement, resource, and cost schedules with overall project plans.
• Manage change control processes related to scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
