Finance Analyst (Trade Support)

Overview

The SBS Commercial Service Line function provides operational support for the Domestic & International Supply chain. The scope includes contract management and related master data requests, commercial invoicing, cash management, stock data reconciliation & declaration and client service management. Responsibilities

Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness / coherence check) Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management Regular contract finalization in the Front system Daily Goods invoice issuing Daily Secondary cost invoice booking Daily payment request issuing Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks) Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts Stock declaration to insurance Administrative counterparty request management (payment status, contract & invoice documents, account statement reconciliation) Profile & Qualifications

Problem solving : Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business Ability to understand and act following process and procedures in an accurate and timely matter Ability to work with strict daily deadlines Ability to strive for continuous improvement Education

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field Experience

Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain, or Other within an international trading environment. Knowledge / Technical & Functional Skills

Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems English fluent Soft skills
