Job descriptionDegree in Business or relevant qualification. Minimum 3 years of related working experience. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Executive level. Enthusiastic, responsible and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable, flexible, and cooperative team player. Willing to travel outstation and possess a valid driving license.
Overview
Ensure compliance with Isuzu’s Corporate Identity (CI) standards across the dealer network.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CI audits, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support sales satisfaction monitoring, analyse survey results, and drive improvement programs with dealers.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers on facility design, renovations, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with dealers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CI projects.
- Support training and awareness programs for dealers on CI and customer experience standards.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
