Meet The Team
Responsible for the day-to-day execution of chemical laboratory tasks, including preparation, analysis, and management of chemical solutions, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves setting up and maintaining testing equipment per Good Manufacturing Protocols (GMP), supporting manufacturing operations, and contributing to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
Where You Come In
- Execute preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments such as YSI, Viscometer, pH Meter, and weighing scales.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform preventive and reparative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, track work orders, and assist with equipment validation and qualification.
- Support cross-functional teams in improving and implementing solution manufacturing processes, focusing on wet solution preparations.
- Utilize hand and power tools, multimeters, calipers, and solution measurement devices.
- Follow safety requirements and Dexcom’s Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) program.
- Work any shift, including weekends, as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Makes You Successful
