What you'll be doing?
- Financial Management : Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections from customers and efficient payment processing.
- Payment Monitoring : Check daily payment gateway activities and track payment releases.
- Reporting : Prepare comprehensive daily sales reports and accurately post them to the accounting system.
- Expense Management : Manage and verify petty cash and director's claims, inputting data into the accounting system with precision.
- Inventory Control : Conduct regular stock checks and maintain proper records to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Bookkeeping Support : Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
- Document Management : Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
Who are they looking for?
Accounting Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, bringing valuable insights to the position.Bookkeeping Knowledge : Good understanding of basic bookkeeping practices to ensure accurate financial records.Software Proficiency : Familiarity with accounting software (Autocount, SQL) and Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage financial data.E-Invoice Knowledge : Basic knowledge of Malaysia's e-Invoice system is a plus, helping to streamline invoicing processes.Personal Qualities : Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently, contributing to a productive work environment.Language Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin and English to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.How to apply
