Job Description

• Lead the operations team in managing service operations (security & carpark) and maintenance of the mall.
• Plan, formulate, manage, and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the shopping mall.
• Review facilities management programs and developments to ensure optimal mall performance.
• Coordinate the annual operation budget, administration, and management of service contracts.
• Prepare and collate relevant management reports.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant and equipment.
• Conduct energy conservation and environmental programs to reduce operating costs.
• Manage the BAS system, analyze data, and conduct proactive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit-out works, and oversee Asset Enhancement Projects.
• Ensure the property is maintained in excellent condition.
