Base pay range

Basic Salary + Attractive Commissions Scheme (RM4,000 - RM8,000)

Responsibilities

Provide advice on various beauty products and services to the customers.
Drive sales to meet sales' targets.
Able to perform the superior service of required facial / body treatment for customers.
Able to do skin analysis & consultation – Suggest facial and products for customers.
Friendly & Efficient – Provide the best service and possess good customer relations skill with all customers.
Promote and make sales of products / facials / body treatment / top-ups / etc.
Built up a strong connection with customers, appointment follow-up and communicated with them regularly about upcoming product launches and sales promotions.
Offer excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain product knowledge, and keep up with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

Required language(s) : English and Mandarin. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking colleagues and clients to complete daily tasks.

Min 1 - 3 years experience in beauty sales consultation or beauty specialist, preferably in beauty salon or relevant industry.

Able to meet the sales target and a self-driven person.

Proactive and pleasant looking.
