Support Sales (Deal Hunting) for E-Commerce

Job Scope : The Role :

To engage (call / IM chat) with sellers who have yet to join campaigns, convincing them to submit all L30D selling items into campaigns.

Assist sellers in submitting campaign deals upon request.

Educate sellers on the importance of joining peak day campaigns to maximize traffic exposure and conversions.

Encourage sellers to invest in Lazada Sponsored Search (Marketing Solutions) by selling ad packages.

Acquire consent from a selected pool of sellers to join month-long Long Tail Programs, e.g., Cofund Vouchers.

Other tasks include attending to ad-hoc or restructured seller operation tasks, coordinated with the BPO team lead.

Working days / hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM

Status : Contract

Salary : Up to RM3100 (open for fresh graduates with degrees)

Duration : 3 months, subject to extension based on performance and approval
