Requirements
- Minimum Qualification : SPM or equivalent
- Experience : 1 year in sales or customer service preferred
- Language : Good communication skills in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Personality : Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
- Others : Able to work in a team and meet sales targets
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.Responsible for managing the sales target.Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.Confidently making and closing sales.Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.Benefits
Working Hours
8.30am-5pm (shift 1)10.00am-6.30pm (shift 2) only certain branch have shift 2, the rest only 1 shift)6 day work, able to work weekend and PH, 1 day rest per weekAverage commission, commission monthly?
Average commission is BetweenWork location : Johor Bahru, Kepong, Kota Damansara, Klang
Working hour : 6 day per week (required to work weekend & some PH, 1 rest day per week usually at weekday)
