Responsibilities

New Account Development - Identify and approach potential local supermarkets, retailers, and mini-marts to introduce and secure listings for GoodMorning products. Halal Market Expansion - Research potential Halal retailers and distribution partners. Understand certification, positioning, and product acceptance within Halal-focused channels. Strategic Planning & Market Research - Conduct market scans, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to guide business development strategy. Propose suitable market entry approaches and product positioning strategies for new accounts. End-to-End Process Familiarization - Understand the complete value chain of GoodMorning from sourcing, production, warehousing, order processing, marketing, to delivery and in-store execution. Liaise with cross-functional teams to learn systems, processes, and pain points. Account Onboarding & Operations - Support new account onboarding : coordinate listing requirements, forecast stock, plan deliveries, and manage shelf execution. Assist with training, claims, and infrastructure setup as needed. Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the outlet and regional level to support long-term brand presence. Reporting & Feedback - Share regular updates with management on new account pipeline, market feedback, Halal opportunity sizing, and potential barriers to entry. Sales Readiness (Future Scope) - Lay the groundwork for future sales targets by establishing healthy account relationships, effective merchandising, and basic sales tracking systems. Job Requirements

Self-driven, curious, and eager to build new markets Able to work independently and coordinate across departments Strong interpersonal skills to engage retailers and partners Willing to travel within the region when necessary At least 2 years experience in minimum field Mandarin speaker is an added advantage Job Benefits
