Job description

Job Scope :

To handle all types of customers from various channels including correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries. Each Customer Service Professional will ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.

Work location :

  • Marang, Terengganu

Operation hours :

24 x 7 rotational shifts (5-day work with 2 days off)

Minimum Requirement :

  • SPM with 1 year working experience in any field or fresh graduate (Diploma / Degree)
  • Language proficiency :
  • BM – high
  • English – average
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Typing skills : 25wpm
  • Ms Office
  • Package :

  • Basic salary (depending on years of experience) :
  • RM1,900 – RM2,000
  • KPI Allowance – RM300
  • Shift Allowance – RM90 / month
  • Transport Allowance – RM200 (max)
  • Contract :

  • 3 – 6 months
  • Note : candidate that only able to work for 3 months will be issued with 3 months contract.

    Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
