Project Engineer M&E

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive and implement the projects for the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Telecommunication to ensure the implementation is within the allocated budget, and comply with the requirement, rules & regulation, and time frame.
• Provide technical expertise & advice for the project implementation via IoT and technologies in maximizing cost, improving maintenance approach, and staying abreast of technology changes.
• Review detailed design for upgrading project to ensure compliance with standards and requirements as well as to develop the project milestone and timeline.
• Review, verify the claims and recommend for payment process for M&E and Telecommunication projects.
• Keep abreast with new / emerging technologies, innovations, and opportunities related to asset M&E and Telecommunication projects
• Share best practice tools and techniques for potential M&E and Telecommunication technologies and support the business by ensuring cost savings.
• Establish and maintain the rapport with the internal and external stakeholders i.e. MHA, local authorities, etc. on matters related to M&E and Telecommunication projects to minimize intervention during project activities and optimize operational cost.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review the detailed design for upgrading projects to ensure the viability of the projects and compliance with standards and requirements.
• Provide reports and updates to track the progress of the M&E and Telecommunication projects and formulate an action plan to ensure the project is completed within the stipulated timeline.
