Talent Research Consultant | Specializing in Southeast Asia Talent Market

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions across various modules. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and / or functional expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and proven experience in SAP project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Keep up to date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–8 years of experience in SAP consulting or relevant module specialization.

Hands‑on experience in at least one full SAP implementation or upgrade project.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Experience in S / 4HANA environment is a plus.

Relevant SAP certification(s) in the specific module is an advantage.

Preferred Modules / Roles :

SAP Security – Security Lead (Procurement / MDG), Security Engineer (Finance)

SAP SD / MM / PP / EWM / GTS / FICO / Finance – Functional Consultants

SAP Functional (Procurement / Fieldglass / Intercompany / Payroll) – Functional Consultant / Delivery Lead
