Requirements

  • Halal Dining Experience : Prior experience in managing halal restaurants is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to effectively manage teams and improve staff efficiency and service quality.
  • Financial Management : Basic skills in financial budgeting and cost control.
  • Customer Service Orientation : Focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to handle and resolve issues.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills : Strong communication abilities, with effective organizational skills to manage tasks under pressure.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin; basic English skills preferred.
  • Halal Certification Knowledge : Familiarity with halal food certification standards and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management : Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, financial control, inventory management, and food safety.
  • Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure adherence to halal standards and service protocols.
  • Customer Service : Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests and promptly address customer complaints or feedback.
  • Marketing & Promotion : Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to attract more customers.
  • Supply Chain Management : Liaise with suppliers to ensure the ingredients meet halal standards and manage timely restocking.
  • Hygiene & Compliance : Ensure that the restaurant complies with halal food regulations and local health and safety standards.
